Any technical people out there?

I've got an asus memo pad 10 and my brother has got netflix and is allowed it installed on 3 seperate devices so he's put it on my tablet for me.

Is there any way I can connect my tablet to my tv so I can watch films on the big screen?

I thought my tablet had a mini hdmi port so I ordered a lead off eBay and it doesn't work so the port in my tablet must be some sort of small usb, not hdmi.

Now I don't have a clue what lead to order or if it's even possible?

There's a cable called slimport which will just connect into your devices power input then you can put an HDMI cable into it.

There are also apps that can beam what's on your tablet but I think you need a smart TV for it.

I reckon slimport would be the best bet if you have just a normal TV. They are expensive though (around £25).

Ahh okay thank you! We don't have a smart tv so I'll look into the slimport and see if I can find a cheaper one on eBay
