Any tips for fast flow?

My 4 week old is really struggling with my fast flow. Does anyone have any tips to help with this?

Its giving him a huge amount of wind as he's gasping it down so I'm introducing him to a bottle of expressed milk every other feed to help reduce his wind issues.

Does anyone have any tips to stop my flow being so fast? When I pump I often have double streams lol

I have fast flow as well - the thing that helps most with my 5 week old is feeding him before he gets too hungry. If he's calmer he seems to choke less. I also try to lean back while feeding so that he's working against gravity. I find side lying the worst for gulping/choking but I've read it works well for some so YMMV.
