Any weight loss tips?

Me and my OH have a wager, The first one to lose a stone gets a complete (head to toe) new outfit of their choice to show off their new figure.


Im determined to win as i really want to lose a stone!

Any tips girls to help me along the way?

Don't cut out all your favourite foods because then you'll end up getting fed up. Eat in moderation, type breakfast ideas, lunch ideas etc in google and loads of stuff come up to help you
 
Cut down to semi skimmed milk if your using full fat. Try artifical sweetner instead of sugar. Make the bulk of your meals and snacks up with fruit, veg and salad. Do more exercise. Use brown versions of things, pasta, rice bread as it makes u feel full for longer.
 
Also your going to have to work harder than him as men loose wight faster than women
 
Drink only water & milk! Your body doesn't recognize juices, soft drinks, coffee, etc. as food, you won't feel full, and they'll go down easier than food, with a whole bunch of sort of "unnoticed" calories. Spruce up your water with lemon or lime if you get tired of plain water, or try soda water.
 
Plenty of exercise and healthy eating, it doesn't really get much more simple.
