Anybody else have 32 day cycle??

Wondered if anybody else has a 32 day cycle? I'm a bit concerned that I'm O'ing to late? For example this month I had spotting on CD16 but didn't test pos OPK till CD22 then for the last 2 days - Cd27 & cd28 I feel like AF is going to arrive

This is my 6th month TTC, I'm I O'ing to late?

I think, from what I have googled - that it is fine. I used to have a 32-34 day cycle and got pg on that. Now I stopped bf'ing and had my first cycle it looks like my cycle may be 35 days - apparently according to what I saw on the internet even that is considered within normal range.... the 28 day cycle is after all just an average - some have more some have less....

My cycle generally ranged from 30-35 days. There were a bit longer than that when I got pg with no. 2 (as I was still BFing No. 1). How long they are doesn't matter so much. It is just a matter of knowing when you ovulate in order to catch the egg. I ovulated on cd22 the month I got pg with no. 2.

I have a 32 days cycle and ov on the 21st day last month but also got a negative hpt, gonna do the deed earlier this month to cover all the bases lol.

Hi Leanne,

The most important thing is the length of time between you ovulating and the start of your next period (the Luteal Phase). A normal range from ovulation to the day of your next period is 10-16 days. Anything under 10 days may be a little short. But if your cycle is regularly 32 days and you ovulated on day 22, that should be ok. Hopefully you'll be pregnant this month, but if not make a note of the day you think you ovulated, and the day your period arrives, and how many days it was between the two. Hope I haven't confused you! xxxxx

You haven't confused me I actually understand a bit better STill don't think this month is going to be our month but my AF has arrived just- due Wednesday but at least it didn't arrive early. They are getting really regular now least I know where I am with them!!! Thank you to you all and good luck xx

My cycle length has been going from 29-32 and I think this is my month, aslong as AF doesn't show tomorrow lol.
Don't worry I'm sure you'll be fine, that seems to be enough time for implantation and if not there are things that can be done easily to help

I have a 33ish day cycle and I concieved miscarried too lol... but the nurse said it's nothing to do with my cycles or anything I did, so that's nothing to worry about.

My cycles are irregular, averaging out at 32 day cycles. Nightmare when ttc. AF came this morning 2 days early (so 28 day cycle this time) but I had loads of preg symptoms so was convinced this was the month. symptoms so different to my usual PMS symptoms, even dreamt had pos pt last night so gutted this morning when AF came, grrr. Fed up of hoping next month is the month. trying not to get obsessed but its difficult. fell pregnant after 4 yrs ttc when i didn't think about it as didn't think it would happen and just thought i would let nature take its course. so amazed/shocked when it happened but unfortunately not meant to be. so, at least i know i can get preg or was it just a tease? My cycles are normally 31-32 days. I started using opk's last cycle, and I o on cd19 (32 cycle). This cycle I am on cd16 and waiting for the positive opk.
I think there's nothing to worry about, FX for you!!!

Apparantely the duration of the luteal phase is more important and mine is 13 days every month which is a good sign. Just been out and bought thermometer to take temp every morning and opk. Also going to start charting. Fingers crossed for next time. Good luck everyone xxxx

Hi Pampas, we could be cycle buddies....I'm on cd18 today so one day ahead and still waiting for a positive. You give me reassurance because I never used opk and never realized the possibility that I could be O late in my cycle. I'm keeping FX for this month, yesterday was the first time ever I seen a darker line. I'm using digital so it should show a smiley face when positive.

32 day cycles here, and currently on CD 7. It looks like I O'd on CD 20 last month, but it was my first month charting, so this month should be a bit more accurate

As long as your luteal phase is 10 days or more you are good to go!

I used to have 33 day cycles and I usually had a 17 day "two week wait", so that meant I would have ovulated on or around CD16. It's different for everyone though; I used to get told that "nobody can have more than a 14 day luteal phase" (2WW), yet I did. I found the best thing for me was to observe EWCM, and DTD when I saw it. We didn't TTC long enough for me to do temping or charting or OPKs, so I can't comment on those methods

I got my positive opk yesterday, so I guess today is my ovulation day, cd 18. I use ic opks, no faces on them haha.

My cycles are anywhere from 34 - 42 days. Still no clue at what point I ovulate... Trying to figure that out by doing lots of temping!! Hoping I ovulate soon so my luteal phase will be long enough. In the meantime, it's every other day BDing for us. I refuse to miss a chance lol!

Yayyyy!!!! I also got my smiley face yesterday and today. I'm feeling soooo positive this cycle, things seem to be going well. When I told hubby last night we need to bd for the next 3 days he was laughing and he got a little emotional when I showed him my smiley face test. Keeping my FX for you hunny
