Hey all,
I'm pregnant with number 2 and after all the sleeping problems I had with dd (who sleeps 'like a baby' now!) I'm trying to make things as easy as possible.
I really want to get a babybay co sleeper cot so I can feed whilst still lying down, snuggle next to lo and hold them til they get to sleep and of have to move them!
Just wondering of anyone else has the babybay? I've got a few questions:-

1. Does it truly make a flat surface between yours and baby's mattress?

2. How long can't get stay in the babybay? Should I get the maxi if I plan to use it til at least 6 months?

3. How easy is it to get the side on and off silently once baby gets mobile?

4. Does anyone really bother converting it to a high chair/desk or whatever??

5. Can you use a normal cot or crib sheet on it or do you have to buy the babybay ones??

Thanks all xx

I had one for Thomas, loved it, was really pleased I got one.

Yes it's height adjustable so you put it to the same height as your mattress

2. How long can't get stay in the babybay? Should I get the maxi if I plan to use it til at least 6 months?
Thomas outgrew his at 4 months and had to go into his cot in his own room, but he was a big baby! I think it's the same for Moses baskets though?

3. How easy is it to get the side on and off silently once baby gets mobile?
Not sure as Thomas outgrew his before he could roll.

4. Does anyone really bother converting it to a high chair/desk or whatever??
I didn't, was thinking of just using as a bench but didn't have room to keep it up. Wasn't too sure about the high chair, think it would be too big and you have to buy the extra bits anyway so I thought I was easier to just buy a foldable highchair.

5. Can you use a normal cot or crib mattress on it or do you have to buy the babybay ones??

Thanks all xx
The mattress needs to fit the shape of the babybay as one edge is curved, so I bought the babybay one.
Hope that helps!
