Anybody got metallic smelling CM like before AF, but ended up PG?

Hello,

I usually get a slightly iron/metallic smell down there before my period. This month I am hoping to be pregnant and had some 'symptoms'. Tender boobs since 2 DPO, breast swelling, cramping pain like implantation at 7DPO.

Im now 11 DPO and I notice a metallic smell from my CM, the same like before AF. Now Im thinking perhaps Im out. But at the same time surely the metallic smell is the blood in the uterus, so perhaps its normal to experience this even if you are pregnant?

Anybody have this and was pregnant?

I'm 17 weeks and have had that smell on and off since before my bfp. Don't count yourself out just yet! Good luck!
