I know there lovely <3
but i'd want either the girl one or the boy one

Dont get the first wheels city twin, omg it is a nightmare. You cant get into some shops, you cant use public transport, it weighs a ton, the break broke after a few months (obviously this wont happen to all though), the carrycot which is meant to last to six months as the seat isnt suitable until then is long and thin, it wont fit in your front door if you have a standard size front door (only if it a new place with the slightly wider, suitable for wheelchairs size).

Now maybe the girls cosatto!!
cant believe your having 2 identical girls!! so lucky!
their gonna look so cute!
xx

Haha i love love love the cossato
but it all depends on price cause i dont earn anything and james only gets about 50 quid a week.
I need to apply for my grants too, that can be a job for the next few days :)

try send off for them asap as they can sometimes take a while,
but your mum will have to claim the £500 one for you and you have to be 28 weeks :D
xx

It's one of the cheaper doubles out there, which would be good for you, I assume you'll get the surestart grant and health in preg grant so that will be 1120 for baby stuff, I recon you could get everything you need for that if your careful

yeah probably
im 16 next month so by then ill be 28 weeks an a can claim it myself?

my midwife told me that you arent legally 16 til you leave school?
but ask your midwife cos mine might have got it wrong
xx

i thought health in pregnancy was £120 and sure start was £500.. so thats £620??
xxx

I read health in preg is 190 and surestart is 500 ?
but if im having two would that be 1190 because its 1 pregnancy and two babies?

Yea you get 500 for each baby Surestart grant, and then 190 for the HIP grant

Your totally right, but as Kim says, surestart grant is per baby

im pretty sure leaving school has nothing to do with it  you should be able to claim it yourself as soon as you're 16. but ask your MW  xx

Not sure but it might be that she is right cos of this bit on the sure start requirements 'you or your partner are getting benefit for a dependant under the age of 20 who is pregnant and expecting a baby within 11 weeks or has given birth within the last three months'. So whilst she is in full time education her parents will be claiming a benefit for her (child benefit). Not 100% sure though.

Yeah cos they have to check how much benefits you get right down to the last penny lol! you know what their like about giving out money, anything just too make it that little bit more harder!!
xx
