Anyone applied for Statutory Flexible Working?

As above... I have to fill out a form saying what benefit to the company me going part time is! No idea what to put. And negative consequences and how I would address them.

Anyone done this and can suggest any good points that I might be able to start with?

Hi,
i have done a draft letter and also really struggled with the positive aspects.....

I have tried to accomodate other peoples days off into my proposed work pattern, so i am in when others are off, so would be helping with office cover etc.

More focused on work due to good work/life balance, they have to consider that. HAve a look at www.direct.gov.uk as they give some good advice
