Anyone changed Job/Hours to help them lose weight?

I recently had 3 days off work, and was really busy and subsequently lost about 2kg (in the 3 days + 2 weekend). No idea how - but I was just really busy and eating as normal - still my under 1400cals.

I am now back at work and despite eating less - as I havent been feeling too good) I have now put on 3kg!

I have put in a request for PT work, and I am looking for a PT job now as I am so fed up and my weight is affecting my health. I work 8am - 4:30pm with 30 mins for lunch (they are strict!) and at the moment I am up at 6:30 to leave at 7:20am and at the stables at 5:30pm and then home at about 9:30/8pm, and when I have to get bug from nursery I am up at 6am and home with her at 5:30pm and then cant go anywhere till OH is home at 7pm. Then I add the housework on top of that, and shopping and I am running out of time to be active.

It is killing me spending 8 hours a day on my arse :(

If you can afford to go part time i think you have done the right thing hun x
