Hi,

I've heard of women conceiving after they have a HSG performed..they say that the tubes may open for a few months afterwards. If you are getting an HSG, please let me know how it goes! I would like to know...i'll be going to my OBGYN soon and hopefully i'll get referrals or whatever I need to, to get the ball rolling. I'll be asking for an HSG...please update! Baby dust to you!

Although I was not so lucky, I have heard for those where their issue is blocked or partially blocked tubes it does help as it opens the tubes up. However that is not always the case.

I was not so lucky either...I had the lap surgery with it...all of it made me stop ovulating for months...grr...but I have heard lots of stories that if that was your problem (tubes being blocked) that it does work! That was encouraging to hear when I was thinking about having mine.

I was excited at the chance because I had read it could work, but it didn't for us. Come to think of it, I don't think it worked for anyone I know personally who had one. But nearly all of those women have since become pregnant from the treatments that followed!

Hi yes i had an Hsg done on the 18th which my right tube was partially blocked but they managed to unblock.. after than that everything looked normal !! All my Opk's are negative so far.. hoping it hasn't affected me ovulating this month. I still have hope though lol.
