Anyone done there tax return on maternity allowance??

Just getting everything ready to submit my tax return as I'm self employed.

I was on maternity leave from June 2013 till the end of the tax year, April 2014. Do I need to put my maternity allowance down?
I've googled but can't find a definate answer?
