Anyone else allergic to cold?

Hiya! :wave:

Just wondering if anyone else has this? My doctor said that it again has been brought on and worsened by giving birth.
I had it after I had my first daughter and it has continued since then but has really gotten worse after having Daisy.

I just get really itchy if I am cold, so I have to take anti histamines before I go out if it's cold outside, and sometimes get it if the house gets too cold.
It's all a bit mental cos I hate being too hot! and Autumn & Winter are my favourite months!!

Anyone else suffer from this and do you have alternative remedies?

My mom has this! Its called cold urticaria (spelling?). She still gets it where her skin swells, but after she had me she had to wear gloves to get something out of the freezer because she'd break out in hives.

We had it mildly when we were little (my cheeks used to swell really bad in the cold) but I grew out of it before I went to school I think.

I think its something that will eventually get milder. Or at least it did for my mom.
