I googled fatigue at 20 weeks and it seems to be a trend that right around the 20 week mark a lot of women experience a good amount of fatigue...all I want to do is sleep these past couple of days!!!! Is there a major growth spurt right around now? Anyone else feeling totally exhausted?

I am totally wiped and come afternoon I am seriously grumpy because I am tired - I work with 2 men and seriously this afternoon I could actually rip their heads off they are driving me nuts!
(sorry for the rant I am seriously uncomfortable and fed up this afternoon at work :grr:)

I do think they have a growth spurt around the 20 week mark

Thanks, I was wondering if it was just me or not or if maybe it had something to do with my gestational diabetes but that wouldn't make sense as I haven't felt this exhausted yet since I've been pregnant!

Yep! .. The last few days have been a killer for me. I'd felt that exhausted today, I put it at one of my pregnancy low points (and that's with constant sickness for the first 14 weeks!).

Oh dear, if it gets worse at 20 weeks I'm going to be neither use nor ornament to anyone! Can barely keep my eyes open at 18 weeks.

Seems 3 years between pregnancies is the time it takes to forget it all entirely!

I'm completely exhausted. I'm on medical leave, and staying home all day with a toddler is just as tiring... I feel like I have to carry my body everywhere

Fatigue hit me really badly last week at 24 weeks for some reason. There's apparently a 6 week growth spurt around then which can cause fatigue. I'm also getting a cold which probably doesn't help.

Yes, I'm sooooooo tired! Doesn't help that my 3 year old has been waking up through the night and then getting up for the day before 7. I could quite happily sleep all day long.

24+1 weeks and I'm so tired I'm finding it so hard to get up for work and it doesn't help that I'm not sleeping well either.

I noticed anything from 20 weeks more women start to feel more tired but I think that's because when the bumps start kicking in and your half way through lol

I've been fatigued throughout but I did notice a worsening at 20 weeks. I'm 23 now and the only reason it's gotten any better is I've convinced my boss to let me go part time. Pregnancy is beautiful and natural and good, but it's no walk in the park.

I was definitely tired around that time but being as I kept waking at night I would try not to nap during the day.

I'm now 25 weeks and the exhaustion is coming back again. , its so bad that i actually did take a 3 hour nap yesterday AND i slept in this morning.

I'm emotionally and physically exhausted now, I'm 20 weeks and all I want to do is sleep but I can't get comfortable enough to get any good sleep :(
