I already vented in my journal so I will not do it again here but are their any other long term TTC ladies out there that just feel like sometimes they are going to lose it? If so, how do you deal with it?

I just need some new ideas because my plan of crying it out isn't working after so many years.

Thanks

:hugs: I'm sorry you're feeling this way. I'm sure there are plenty of others on here who relate with you :hugs:

I feel like Im losing it yet I havent been trying long. I do however have cycts so Im concerned that they may be inhibiting ovulation for me. Im starting agnus castus this week. Have you tried that?

When I feel on the edge of meltdown I tend to take a step back from TTC and start to enjoy the things I forgot I enjoyed. Really believe in the notion of taking a break, although it seems impossible, if you put your mind too it, and just concentrate on relaxing for a month it really makes the world of difference.

My strenght and my power comes from above. When i feel like i can't do this anymore, i want to give up, even just dissapear i take a time out. Go to a quite place on the farm and go pray.

I don't always get any answers straight away but they come on my way and i follow them, when your heart is telling you RELAX take a TIME OUT. Do it, and as soon as i realised it's not my will it's his will, now i have had 2 normal 28/29 day cycles, the first in almost a year.

We become so consumed with what we want, now not later, but for me i was meant to mourn my child a while longer:hugs:

I think hope it's what keeping me going :) each cycle is a new hope because every day I hear incredible story of women who had little chance of concieving but then they did :)
so hope is the best weapon ...

Thanks to everyone for the ideas and support.

For me, I took today off of work, slept for almost 15 hours and just spent time with my DH. I feel so much better. Still a little iffy but MUCH Better than I was.

:hugs: to all you lovely ladies!
