I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything like I'm going through right now or if it's all in my head. Last month I had sex when I ovulated and a week later I had a light cramping, my hair started to get greasy and I would get random nausea but nothing severe enough to bring on vomiting. I started my period the 2nd of December which would make it one day late for me, not a huge red flag. My period was light, would say it was more like a spotting the first day. I would go to the bathroom, wipe and it would be red blood, then next trip to the bathroom would be brown blood. This went on the whole first day which was only a half day anyway. The next day was a light period, on and off. It was so light I couldn't wearing a light tampon without drying out. The third day was spotting red throughout the day and then my period was over. Didn't see any clots or tissue in the blood. As the next month progressed, I got no sign of ovulation, I don't do the temping thing but the week of ovulation I always got a mucus blob....not like egg white discharge but more like snot.....I've gotten this for over a year and then 19 days later my period is right on time. Don't know what it is and when you try to explain it people think egg white, I know what that is and I get that the day of ovulation. Anyway, this month I didn't get the mucus blob, my nausea has increased and I even threw up once from it, my greasy hair has not gone away....it's greasy and nasty right after showering, looks and feels like I haven't washed it in weeks unless I wash my hair twice with dish soap and I even stopped using conditioner. My breasts are not tender, once in awhile achy but more itchy, I have bouts of exhaustion and notice certain things smell a bit stronger to me.
I guess my question is has anyone had a period (or what seemed like one) and found out they were in fact pregnant. Has anyone experienced the greasy hair and nausea (those are the most prominent symptoms). My boyfriend even threw up the one night out of nowhere and I kept thinking, oh if I am pregnant is he going to be one of those sympathetic dads who has symptoms too? lol
