Anyone else give up chocolate for lent?

I gave it up once but i broke my leg halfway through lent and ended up eating it again because i felt sorry for myself. Now i don't give it up because it's obviously bad luck

Yep, I give it up every year

I'm ashamed to admit that it's not something I think I will ever give up again!

I've given it up every year (along with sweets and biscuits) for the past 5 years. I actually think I'm so conditioned to it now that I just soldier on without too much issue. If I really wanted to give up somethig that would affect me next year I'm worried I'll have to give up coffee..... Eek

Yes, I gave it up too. Had some egg yesterday but didn't manage it all as I found it too sweet. But I did have a little bit of chocolate on Sundays as its the Sabbath.

Think I am going to carry on throughout the week and just save it for weekends.
