Anyone else have bad dreams about their new pregnancy after a loss?

I fell pregnant feb 2012 (bfp early feb) and carried my baby well. I learned at anatomy scan (they thought I was having a quad screen but baby was measuring 18.5wks) that my son would not be able to survive outside the womb. Baby had heterotaxy syndrome and hypoplastic left ventrical heart defect. The doctor at the childrens hospital said there was nothing to save the baby and it would die before birth. So I had an emergency d&e at 20.5weeks in may 2012.

My dh and I tried for four cycles and in september we had our bfp!! I was thrilled so was he. I am now 12weeks pregnant and was told all is well with our baby so far. Ive had normal intense pregnancy symptoms which im ok with for a healthy baby. I havent dreamed at all in 2012 til two nights ago. It was a nightmare im scared to share with family or friends since they will then go off and neglect the fact im pregnant bc my last bad feeling about my son came true...

In my dream I was in the delivery room giving birth to a son. (idk my childs gender yet) The cord was wrapped around the babys neck and when the baby came out the doctor handed me my lifeless child I cant help shake this as child birth never even crossed my mind yet. Im only 12weeks and with 28weeks left idk how to relax now Perhaps sharing my fear will help and hearing other peoples stories. Does anyone else dream before their loss? Idk how to forget this.

Dreams can be scary, but in my opinion this one is your fears from your previous loss. Dreams come from your subconscious mind, they are made of hopes and fears we didn't even realise we had. Your dream hasn't predicted your future, it's just highlighted your biggest fear.
When I got pregnant again after my MC I had a few dreams that my baby died, it was so horrible and I would wake up in tears, but they were dreams, nothing morning.
Try not to think about and it will fade from your mind.

I also had lots of bad loss dreams with this pregnancy. I'm definitley sure they are from your fears. Your baby will be just fine. I'm sorry for your loss.
