Does anyone else's heart skip feel like a 2-3 second pause then a thud??

Meeee! Happens mostly when I'm lying down. It used to happen more often but since I started on iron it seems to have decreased

Its called a heart murmur. Its extremely common during pregancy since the amount of blood is increase. My dr said I have a loud one. Definitely nothing to worry about ladies
