After finding out we're pregnant again after a miscarriage in March (which was missed, then missed again by the hospital) culminating in a D&C in May, I feel totally paranoid that something bad is going to happen again. I keep finding myself poking my boobs to make sure they are still tender! Anyone else doing anything similair???

xx

I admit that I've done this a few times myself. But honestly, symptoms come and go. Try your best not to worry (I know that's hard, especially considering your previous mc and everything). But it will ultimately help you more than not worrying. :hugs: Hoping for the best for you!

Me and really worried as my Sore boobs have gone not even my nipples are tender, my nausea is gone and stopped being sick. :wacko:Beginning to worry something has gone wrong, but too scared to do a pg test incase its neg:cry:

I'm trying to avoid mine the past couple of days - woke up both days feeling as though someone had been using them as a punch bag while I was asleep *glares at hubby* :D xx

LOL I do this! Glad to know I'm not the only one!!!

Yes, I do this every day! I haven't had many symptoms and the ones I have come and go. Had an ectopic and a mc so I'm very scared. Two scans so far and all is fine. Have 13 week scan today though, fingers crossed!

It feels so much better to know I'm not alone lol! x

yup, although I now have to prod a bit harder!
:winkwink:
Feeling ok otherwise? x

The only symptoms I've had were sore boobs which do still hurt from time to time, they grew a bit at first and at least they haven't deflated, and AF cramps - which I do still have but they are less reassuring!

Have you got any other symptoms?

Hi ladies,
I have just found out I am preganant, approx 5 weeks really strange as I had had a period just for one day, so thought it wasn't a proper period as usually on for 3 days. very sore nipples and heavy boobs so did I pregnancy test. I keep feeling my nipples to make sure they are still sore. I still can't get my head around it though, mixed emotions I am very very happy but am due to go uni in sept to start my nursing course. I have been married for 7 years and together for nearly 10, so I am settled. Just wish it could have been in a fw years time. Even so I am extremly excited and looking forward to becoming a mummy and my husband is over the moon. I am just extremly worried about miscariage. Went to docs today, they scared me by saying risk of m/ is 1 in 4 and I am 26 I never realised the odds were so high?? I keep going to toilet and checking I havent been bleeding is this normal behaviour?? xxx

Same as you, sore boobs, AF cramps and very occassionally a little queasy, not actually been sick but just the feeling if that makes sense. I'm extremely tired but then I haven't been sleeping lol!

I hate the AF cramps, however noraml they are and no matter how many times you read, hear, see that it's ok/normal - it's still scary. I think I miss the naivety I felt first time round.

Fingers crossed for a healthy 9 months for us xx

Hi! Congratulations! Although we would all love to plan everything, life sometimes has a better timeline ahead for us, just go with your feelings, no-one here will judge you and the advice and support on this site has been invaluable to me. I've heard a lot of people say that they didn't realise the statistics of miscarriage, to be honest nor did we until it happened to us, then all of these people you know that now have healthy happy babies tell you about their experiences. Don't be scared, just monitor your feelings and symptoms and if you are worried at any point go straight to your GP or contact your midwife. People come to this forum for support so it may look like the statistics are higher, but out there where people keep themselves to themselves, you don't hear about it as much.

I have the same as you, everytime I wipe I check the paper, my husband says he can hear the sigh of relief from the en-suite lol! Thing is, if we keep a check, we are looking after ourselves and baby and that can never be a bad thing can it? :winkwink:

PM me if you like x
