I am quite slim but my tummy is still squishy after my pregnancies so I'm now on a journey/mission to get everything toned up again! Before pregnancy I had a 4 pack lol but i was a fitness freak and blasted the gym 3/4 times a week. I'm now looking for exercises that I can do I the comfort of my own home and looking at spending 10 minutes a night doing exercises to help tone my tummy back up so I can feel confident wearing bikinis again
anyone with me?
