apologies if i've spelt them wrong!

Started injecting yesterday and on both occasions i have developed white lumps around the injection site with burning, redness, and then immense stinging. The lumps are going down, but they're really uncomfortable for a while.

The nurse said that i was one of the 'unlucky ones,' but just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

Feeling quite emotional today, don;t think it's the hormones kicking yet, more just overwhelmed by it all i think. Retail therapy helped a wee bit

Hi

Where are you injecting? I found that when I injected in my leg, I got a lump and red marks- like a sting. Switched to my stomach and no problems.
I do also find that if I get any air in the syringe, then it really stings.

Thanks ladies x x x
injecting in my leg, although yesterday and today i haven't had any reaction - wonder if it's my body getting used to it, or it could be i've left a wee bit of air in when i was first doing it, and getting better now.

Just suffering with the mood swings now - although not so much swings as perma-mardy and teary...

thanks again ladies x x

mrs g, it's absolutely crap huh?!

i'm so miserable and :grr: and  it's doing my rocker in!!!! I end up coming home from work and shutting myself away as i really don't want to be with anyone. I know it's hormones, but what if i'm like this after the treatment?!! I hope i will resume normality!!! Does it get any easier once you start on the stims?
