anyone else really unfit?!

I walked with the pram to the shopping centre today. Its around a 40 min walk (well at the pace I go ), walked round the shops, and walked home. I am KNACKERED and my legs are achey!

Can't believe how unfit I am. I done the same walk when she was one week old and didn't feel like this :s

My knees have been agony for weeks and I don't know why so that prob didn't help haha anyone else feel this unfit?? Xx

Yep, I'm pretty unfit myself. I walked up a steep hill with LO's stroller and by the time I got to the top I thought I was going to pass out!

Me I've always been quite fit but I've had some medical problems and haven't been able to go to the gym and I can definitely tell!! Just walking up the stairs with 2 LO's in my arms kills me at the minute x
