Anyone else scared to have sex?

Hi ladies. I'm 5w2d after a loss in February with many frustrating months since. The last few cycles, DH and I noticed af would start the day after we had sex. So this month we just didn't after, like 6dpo (got my positive 9dpo) and we haven't since. We're both nervous about causing something. Anyone else felt like this? I'm sure DH is getting antsy!

I have my first scan tomorrow (mainly bc dr will be out of town during my 6th week so he's doing one tomorrow and the 2 weeks from now) so I'm sure we'll talk to him then but wanted to weigh in on the subject!

Yes, but not for the same reason exactly... But waiting on official dr clearance too.

I have anti paternal phospholipid antibodies, which means my body attacks husband's dna. This has caused many multiply m/c. With one successful pg and 6 losses, if I make my scan next week it will be the longest at 8.5wks. Had one loss at 11wks, but baby quit growing at 7.5. So we waiting for scan #4 and bloodwork and talk with dr to see if hubby dna vs baby dna makes any difference.

I am. I just had sex with dh for the first time in (since we got bfp) because we didn't want to take any chances after 6 losses. The only pregnancy that seemed to progress normally ended after sex(and orgasm). We were very gentle but o don't regret waiting and neither does dh.

Yes, we waited till 8 weeks. It was going to be 12 weeks but we had a scan and saw baby and the hb and we just got a bit over excited! DH was gentle though. Don't forget there are plenty of other things you can do without actually dtd if the mood takes you!
