Anyone else suffer from hypoglycemia/low blood sugar?

hi, as the title says i suffer with severe low blood sugar, ive had blackouts in the past and have shakes, palpitations, cold sweats, blurred vision etc if i skip meals or dont eat balanced regular meals every fews hours, im worried as pregnancy is supposed to bring on hypoglycemia and im worried when i fall preggers i will be bed ridden with it if im this bad usually! anyone else been through this?
