After a week of my little on being very poorly with blood in her poo and several trips to the doctor and hospital we finally found out that she is allergic to cows milk/lactose. She has now been put on special formula called Nutramigen. I just wondered if there was anyone else who had their little one on this and how they are getting on with it? How is your baby taking the milk and have her symptoms improved and has anything changed?
Her blood in her poo stopped almost immediately as soon as her milk was changed but shes still quite unsettled and im hoping for us to be able to get into a routine now but with how poorly she has been we are still feeding on demand. Lat night she was up every 3 hours for a feed but the night before she went nearly 6 hours without one! I just wish we could get into a routine so we know where we are.
Also, does ayone know if we can still give her infacol for her colic? She gets its really bad in the evening, just wont stop screaming from 6-11 or 12
