So this week I've noticed that my lovely daughter has found my side again so all her movements are felt mostly in my left side. But now I'm feeling either her arms or legs way low this time, like pubic bone area. Is she head down already? I have no idea what she's doing in there but her pokes/hiccups feel so weird right in my side lol I guess this what ladies when they say kicks feel like a "pop"

Has anyone felt this position too?

My daughter seems to be constantly on my cervix it feels like I am going to pee eveeytime she moves. And it kinda hurts. Worries me that she seems so low.

My LO favors my left side- high up. At my last OB appointment when my Doc got ready for the Doppler my DH told him where the baby likes to sit and the Doctor told us that the baby has a lot of space still so it could be anywhere.... We both gave him a look so he decided to humor us... and baby was right where we said it would be lol.

I'm 24 weeks. My little girl was head up on my left side with her legs pointed towards my right side in kind of a seated position at my 20 week scan. I think they call it transverse? Felt some very noticeable flipping type movement last week and thought she had changed position but I think she's still in that position, because the left side of my bump sticks up more when I lay down and I feel a lot of strong kicks on my right side. I'm having a 3d u/s around 28 weeks so I guess I'll find out then!

I'm the exact opposite of you. I feel everything on my left so I'm almost betting she's transverse curled up with head on my right.
Make sure to post pictures! I'd love to see if you're right :)

SMH. I just noticed that all of you ladies know what your having. I don't get to find out the gender for another couple weeks- my doctors need to have a good look at my LO's heart to make sure it doesn't have any defects so they asked me to wait until for the gender ultrasound until after 20 weeks. I'll be about 22 weeks before we get to find out if we're having a boy or girl.

What???? I've never heard of this before. Why can't they tell you at the same appt?? We went to an outside appt at 17 weeks to find out. You can always lie and say you're going on vacation for an earlier date :haha:

My youngest brother was born with 3 holes his his heart and had to have open heart surgery at 3 months old, and I have a blood clotting disorder, which is why they want to look at the heart when it's developed more completely. Originally they were going to do my gender scan at 20 weeks and then the scan for the baby's heart at 22 weeks, but at my last OB appointment (18weeks) they asked if I wouldn't mind waiting and doing them both together at 22 weeks. *Shrugs*
The scans would have been at 2 different hospitals since my OB would have done the gender one and my Specialist would have done the heart one. My DH just broke his arm about a week ago so we decided to wait and just have the one appointment in case he wasn't up to driving and I had to find rides to them... Like he's had to do with the appointments he's had for his arm. He's on leave from work on doctors orders.

I think mines is head down, she was at 20 weeks, as I can feel a round ball between my belly and my pubic bone at the left hand side. I feel kicks super high up on my right hand side, and I also get her heart on the left with my doppler. I get some lower punches around belly button height.

My baby had been really stretched out and long at all her scans. She likes to straighten out her legs so I think that's why I can feel her in such a long area.

My babies fave place to lie is with its head on one side, bum on the other facing downwards, with its hands and feet kicking/punching me in the cervix :dohh:
Otherwise its likes to lie with its head/bum by my left hip and its head/bum (Im not sure which is which lol) in the top right by my ribs.

Neither is comfortable!!!! X

Praying for a clean bill of health :)
