anyone felt twinges in left side after ovulation?

I am starting to feel twinges like little electricity feelings in my lower left abdomen near my ovaries after ovulation (during ovulation I get a dull ache in my left ovary)... I am starting to worry, has anyone felt this before? I am worried about ovarian c

Yes, I had ovulation pain when I ovulated, mine was excruciating, I could barely sit or walk. I released 2 eggs so the fluid when the follicle pops is what causes the pain. I thought it was my appendix!
