Anyone get stuff from studio book? Update pg 4 :)

I was looking into get our xmas stuff from there, as i cant afford spend loads money up front, plus dont need go to shops heavily pregnant lol.

My mum used to do this for our presents. It ended up being an expensive way to buy presents because of the interest they charge.

i get loads from there every xmas , i just pay it off straight away so no interest though!

beware of studio

ive ordered a few things and there delivery is so bad, i ordered online and it said in stock then got email to confirm saying expect delivery within 10 working days after 25 days i called to be told by a rude member of staff not to call before 28 days have passed so i waited another 14days called back to be told my items are out of stock they will be sent soon

i waited 3months for most my order (8 items in total) but one item which i forgot about took 5months and i never had contact from them to say there was a problem

i have used studio in the past. as long as you pay in full as soon as you get statement you dont get loads of intrest added. they can get very funny if you miss a payment, even if its a genuine reason like you were in hospital! and the delivery can be a pain. but mostly thy are ok.

Yeah I agree - they told me something would take 5 days to deliver, it took 6 weeks! And they do charge a fair amt of interest. But if its the only way and you do have loads of time til xmas then it might be worth it. : -)

Im sure i read in back of Next book add interest but i never noticed my balance change i didnt pay it off straight away.

I think i may get few things, see what happens, if all okay i'll get few more.

The delivery is bad, the customer service sucks but some of the personalised stuff is lovely. I've ordered my 2 a chair each with their names on, Noahs was perfect, Mailie's they spelt her name wrong and then tried blaming me, then they said I'd have to pay for it because it's personalised, I said yes but not with what I want on it!!! It's taken 3 months to get Mailie's chair but thankfully it's here. If you are going to order for Xmas I would do so now to give plenty of time for delivery!

I wanted to get amber the chair also, along with the dolls house.

Im bit undecided now like.
More and more bad reviews on delivery.

I absolutely love the dolls house but Mailie's too young to appreciate it and I have nowhere to store it lol! Personally I would buy from them again because the chairs are lovely but if you do need to complain you have to be firm with them. I just love personalised stuff

Hi Ladies, I have always used studio. Only had one problem where they sent two lots of my order. But that was several years ago.

I was sooooooo bored yesterday...I started wrapping some. I am TTC and I needed something else to thing of...daft ay!

I seen 1 in toys r us that was reduced from 99 to only 49.
Seen same 1 in argos book 39 but cant get name on that 1 lol.

I've ordered from them before and had no problems, i've always paid them of quite quickly though. I requested a new christmas catalogue the other day and received it yesterday lots of nice goodies

i normally order mine well in advance of xmas, what bugs me though is all the different prices i always get a different catalougue than my mam with different prices . they get delivered at the same time have the same front cover just different prices inside

I've ordered from studio & ace before ( same company ), You can get some bargains tbh & the stuff is great i've never had a problem with them & regarding delivery mine have always come when said so i can't grumble there but i always order in plenty of time just in case.

I'll more then likely be getting some more stuff from them this year

2 years ago i bought josh a small red wooden chair it had wild animals on the seat not sure if they still do it, it was personalised & is still going strong today. It was to big at the time but on offer & he loves it !
Was pretty easy to assemble to
