I used them a few years ago and never had any problems as such, im blacklisted with them now though for credit (not my fault) so never bother with them anymore :lol:
 
I ordered the catalogue through and saw some stuff I wanted to order so thought Id order it off the website firstly one set of pjs was like £3 more than the price in the catalogue and then the second set the size was out of stock. I wonder if they update there stock so I can order it in time for xmas!
 
Okay a got a question

Just got book through. How to login online?
Says need account number but i dont have 1. Do i have to order via order form for first 1 to get statement letter to get my account number?
 
is there not an order form with cataogue that has a reference number in top right hand corner?

only number i can see on form is order reference number, which i have tried and didnt work :S

i went onto option said i havent registered yet but ive ordered studio book still didnt work.

cant really see anywhere that has " sign up "
 
I *think* I added everything I wanted to my basket, went through checkout thing and waited to see lol! I definitely did it online without an account number but they never emailed to say I had an account or anything, things just started turning up! They're deliver is loads quicker at the moment, I ordered loads the other day and a huge box arrived today!

I asked hubby and he said thats exactly what I did because I drove him mad asking if he thought we'd get the stuff lol!! I think it was about 2 weeks before stuff started coming!!
 
I ordered last year and I ordered this year. Got my order yesterday no problem - took about 10 days. The only thing outstanding is personalised pyjamas. If you order early it shouldn't be a problem if it takes longer. They told me when i ordered , 3 things were out of stock but I won't reorder them as don't want to pay another delivery charge!
 
Do you have to pay for the stuff if they havent been delivered yet? I know some girls say delivery is really long. I dont want to order pay for them and they dont get here in time for xmas, id just want to cancel the order if it was taking too long.
 
No you pay later on when they send you a statement! I've had some of my things a couple of months and 1st payment is due on 1st October.
 
Well i done my order this morning. Says MAX 14 days, so we shall see how it goes!

I have same Q as you how did you login on the website? I just ordered a cat too all I have is a refernce number :shrug: Do you think if it says your item is in stock it will still be after you have ordered it all or they would say at the time, compared to sending off the order form in the post where you cant check stock availibility.

If, you do your order then go view basket, then go to check out comes up with a page asking if you have an account.

At the bottom it has " i am a new customer " - i havent ordered before.
So click on that and you make an account.
(I still dont have a account number, am awaiting the statement which most have it on)

All it said was item in stock, i cant remember if it told you before or after you'd completed your order the delivery length, but it deffo told you once you had placed it, max was 14days for items id ordered to be personalised, othes were 7-10.

It stated if can they will just send order out all as 1.
 
UPDATE - Thought id update how situation is going, well not very well. Lol.
Almost 1 week since i ordered the stuff, i got a letter from Studio. Saying couldnt have a credit plan. (Dunno the real reason, got an idea) but it hasnt stopped me getting credit plans on other things so bit confused. Said only open a full amount paying account for me, so yeah fair enough. Got 10 days to pay full amount. MY account number is on the letter so i went to login in to have a look. Couldnt login in. Went to ive forgot my password, says no-one with them details is registered, tried saying ive lost my account number, the diff info i put it came up with the same. Now i aint happy.


Thinking maybe to do it under OH's name, lol. See what happens.
 
I got a catalogue through today from these addressed to me with an order form with reference number,my address etc on.Also said I had £150 avaliable to spend,was wondering is this a set amount that it gives everyone or if like you said I will go to order and they will say the same as they did to you,I do have a couple of catalogues and store card that are all paid off up to date too so not sure wether they have done a credit check maybe?

It said on mine i had £80 to spend on my order form.

My order had come to £74 so still within the limit. Probably did do a credit check. Its strange.

I had problems with Next, im still allow to order from there. I gave up, my mam put in some of my order through women who does the orders at her work place now. So jsut need to pay her back instead.
 
My credit is absolutely shocking (bad lol!) but they gave me an account but not my DH who's credit is fine. Looks like they target people with really bad credit which isn't very good, I do pay mine on time every month though.
 
as i put on 1st page they are funny if you miss payments. i missed 1 payment and they froze my account and sent it to debt management.

the annoying thing was i had had my account with them for 9yrs and my credit limit was £1500 (yes £1500)! friends and family used to order through me and i got the commission. the payment i missed was just £16 (due to being in hospital and not being able to get to town to pay it!)
 
well i find it bit crap didnt even give me a chance but ah well nevermind.
aint getting my money now there loss.
