Well I think its that, its like a fuzzy feeling running up to my chest and need to burp, never had it before even before pregnancy, just started with it last 2 nights, read online to have a glass of milk so I did when felt it come on and it seemed to work

Night, afternoon, morning you name it. For me it's literally a burning n my chest, like my heart is on fire.
I carry my babies super high so my uterus pushes up on stomach causing the acid to come up. It's lovely. I take meds for it, but milk actually does help sooth it short term.if you just get that at night and milk helps, mthats awesome!
So many lovely pregnancy side effects huh :) I can promise you it stops the moment baby is born :)

Yeah I feel like a burning in chest, will see how I go with milk for now!

Yes, I get it all day long, but at night it's worse. The last few weeks it was awful at night and I couldn't sleep at all.So now I try to eat only veggies or something light (no cheese, grease, tomato sauce, citric fruits, very sugary things) before I go to sleep (at least 2 hours), so I have time to digest. Sometimes I feel a bit hungry in the middle of the night, but I try to ignore it because if I eat anything I know I will have a very hard time sleeping. So, I compensate in the morning and eat a nice breakfast. During the day my heartburn gets better because I spend more time sitting and on my feet (thanks gravity!!).
I tried to drink milk and it did help a little bit, but I'm not a milk fan. Plain yoghurt (without sugar) is ok, too.
Oh, sweet pregnancy!!!!!

I have it constantly too and find i wake up in the night with it. The best thing for me is rennies or having a cup of horlicks before bed, made with milk. I dont think iv woken up once if iv had horlicks before bed, helps me sleep too :) x

I'm living off gaviscon atm, baby is so high the moment I eat my chest is on fire!

I get it before bed. A swig of gaviscon sorts me out though

I find it worst when lying down. Like posters above, I find Horlicks made with milk is good or the chewable gaviscon tabs x
