Anyone had a dizzy spell + vomiting?

Had a scary experience yesterday - was out with my family and suddenly the room started spinning. Tried to sit down but it didn't go away. We went home and I vomited twice then finally managed to fall asleep. When I woke up the dizziness was gone but still nauseous for several more hours after. Feeling better today.
My hubby took my blood pressure (he has a machine for himself) as my first thought was preeclampsia, but it was completely normal. Going to call my dr first thing tomorrow am, but wondered if anyone had same experience? Very scary and now I'm terrified of it happening again. So disorienting trying to walk when the room is spinning!!

Didn't have any vomiting and dizziness but I got diagnosed with preeclampsia without high blood pressure ...
Last week when I went for my check up at 34+3 they send me for 2 days to the hospital for monitoring . I have been having protein in my urine for 3 check ups now . They have not been worried but this time my blood pressure was higher - 149/77 . I told them it's because I was nervous , because I wasn't sure if my water was leaking and it was too soon for that . My blood pressure was back down in 5 minutes when I calmed down but she insisted and send me to hospital . I was there admitted with early preeclampsia , which nobody understood because except small amount in urine I had no other symptoms ( no high blood pressure , no swelling , headache , blurred vision , nothing ) . I didn't have high blood pressure since than
I am also getting ultrasounds 2 times a week to make sure baby is ok . And one doctor check up to check me up . They checked his measurements because babys tend to be smaller with preeclampsia . But he is big
They told me to come back if I have headache longer than 2 hours that doesn't go away with Tylenol . Or some of the other symptoms of preeclampsia . They still wanna induce me at 37 weeks tho .
I think they wanna prevent anything bad happening .
So now I am diagnosed with preeclampsia even tho only symptom is protein in urine , but I am sure the doctors know what they doing ...

That's been my tell tale sign of pregnancy this time around it hasn't eased up since bfp. Very bad dizziness - accompanied by nausea (I would get sick), hot flashes, and becoming instantly so tired I HAVE to lay down. I was worried too, but that seems to be more signs of lower, not unusually low, bp and that isn't a bad thing. Just pregnancy for some of us. I did talk to my dr and I had them check for anemia etc. they did full blood work per my request and all is normal...

I always recommend talking to your dr about ANYTHING because you will always be better off safe than sorry, but you are not alone with that one hun!!

Hi both - thanks for responding! This was back in March, and I did end up going in to triage at my hospital to get checked out. Dr diagnosed it as a vertigo spell, and it hasn't happened again since (knock on wood). My BP is normal and no protein in my urine so I don't think they suspect preeclampsia.
Sorry you guys had to go through this regularly - it totally sucked!!! But really glad it hasn't happened again!
