Anyone had a MMC followed by CP?

Hello! I'm wondering if anyone else is in my boat, I have a little girl who is 18 months old. I've been trying to conceive my second and so far managed a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and then a chemical pregnancy on the very next cycle.

I'm wondering if this is just unlucky of if it sounds like i could have a bit of an issue?

Anyone else had this experience? Any success stories? I hope this is the right board.
