Anyone had hair extensions woven in?

Hey, I occupationally wear clip ins, and saw an advertisement today to get hair extensions woven in. But I was just wondering are they really bad for your hair? And do they hurt? Thanks xx

I used to, it hurts to have them put in but it ddnt damage my hair at all. They are brilliant, i stop having them when i was pregnant as my hair actually started growing
