Anyone has or tried the Eddie Bauer Montecito 3-In-1 Convertible Car Seat??

I've read the reviews, but it seems like it's complicated to install etc...

any thoughts?

I think that's the one I'm gonna get... I'm going to babies r us this afternoon to check it, but it just seems really comfy!
