Hi, all. Does anyone on here have experience with recurrent cervical dysplasia after pregnancy?

My background is that in the past two years, I was battling with high-grade dysplasia and had cryotherapy as well as two LEEP procedures. I became pregnant two months after the second LEEP and my follow-up pap in January was negative when I was already pregnant, but now I'm anxious that I'm going to go for my six-week and find out that it's come back very severely and require additional treatments. Which is a risk I was very willing to take because I figured that I could wait around for dysplasia to keep recurring and hold off on having a baby while I lost more and more of my cervix necessary to carry a baby, or I could have a baby and if it was that bad, then at least I got to be blessed with one baby.

I want to be here for our son if nothing else. And I also just think that one day, DH permitting, I would like for our son to have a sibling and I have an overwhelming need to experience pregnancy again (part of my baby blues that I'm going through right now).

Has anyone on here NOT had a recurrence of dysplasia after pregnancy?

When I was pregnant with my 7yo I had severe dysplasia (CINIII) and after I had her it was gone. Literally all I had was some inflammation and a polyp. But then a couple years later I started getting abnormal PAPs again but no dysplasia. My primary dr did an HPV test on me and sure enough I have HPV. Which strain or strains I don't have a clue but its there. Eventually my PAPs started being normal (was getting them every 3 months) and I was able to go back to yearly PAPs. When I went to my first OB appt with this LO I was already due for my PAP and it game back abnormal again. My dr did a colposcopy but didn't biopsy anything. She will repeat it if I still show abnormal results on my next PAP. I haven't had any cryosurgery or LEEP done. It just seems to come and go on its own. I am however annoyed and want my cervix and uterus gone...my mother died from cervical cancer that spread so I'm super paranoid
