Anyone have sore boobs BEFORE ovulation?

Me and DP are trying for the first time this month. She will be carrying, we are a lesbian couple.

According the the OPKs she hasn't ovulated yet, but she says her breasts are heavy and a bit sore.

Do any of you ladies get sore breasts BEFORE ovulation? When I was ttc I regularly would get them after, but never before.

She is cd22 of what is usually a 35-40 day cycle.

Anyone?

Sometimes I get breast tenderness during ovulation. It can actually vary month to month. Perhaps she's close to ovulating but it's just not showing on the opk yet?
