Anyone here who concieved on Clomid?

Just wondered if you know if you can have an earlier scan, because you were on fertility medication?
I got 2 bfp's yesterday and another bfp today after trying to concieve for 2 yrs and 1 month of never ovulating and then 2 months of clomid.
I am very worried now that I have finally got here, and don't want anything to go wrong.
I'm seeing my gp on Monday. Will he let me have an early scan at the hospital if I request it?

No personal experience but as far as I am aware after conceiving on clomid Im pretty sure you get an early scan.

How do you get your pregnancy ticker? I can't believe after all this time I am suddenly 4 weeks pregnant!
It's the strangest feeling in the world. I have even managed to quit smoking in the matter of a day lol. xx

i have concieved twice on clomid now...

1st time i concieved jessica but sadly she was born sleeping @ 28wks BUT THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH CLOMID.. i had placenta problems, i only had normal 12wk scan and 20wk scan with jess.. it was at my 20wk scan they discovered i had placenta issuse

im now 9 wks pregnant again on clomid.. and i have had an early scan due to some bleeding that i had at 7 wks.. thankfully the bleeding was only twice.. i know many people get scanned early on clomid..

I began Clomid in March 2007 and end of October saw the last lot that the doctor was prescribing before going for the Ovarian Drilling option.

I had no joy but over September and October I took Folic Acid as my sister has said her friend had gone through the same, they were told be friends to take Folic acid and they fell pregnant in that month. So I thought why not.

I was told today I was pregnant! so my advice is to try folic acid too.

DH and I were TTC for two+ years as well. After all those annoying and painful tests they FINALLY put us on clomid (I have PCOS) and the first cycle I ovulated, but didn't get PG. The second cycle went a little better than the first (less hormonal less bitchy, lol), but when I went for my blood test it said that I hadn't ovulated. I took the provera to bring on bleeding like the doc told me to and we had decided NOT to up the dose of clomid, but to wait 2 years or so before trying again, cause we were in the middle of a DCF (state) adoption. On day 5 after taking provera I didn't get my period, but didn't think of it..on day 9 DH convinced me to take a HPT and lo and behold..a BFP. I got my first scan at 8wks+3 so..it was early. They wanted to make sure there wasn't more than one in there. Good luck on your appt!
