Anyone here with 2 or more clomid bubs? (Or tried for)

I know this is a ttc question but wasn't sure where I'd get the best response.
Just wondering for anyone who conceived with clomid and then used it for 2nd baby if they more or less success 2nd time round.

I used something else when trying for my boys but I know one lady on here who conceived her first child with clomid and is now expecting triplets with clomid.

Thanks I've heard it can be less effective 2nd time round!
