Anyone injecting Puregon?

Any side effects?

I'm on Clomid 50mg CD2-6 with Puregon 75 on CD6, 8, 10 and maybe 12 (scan on CD12).

I've just had my first dose, I felt a bit nauseas right after the injection, but it subsided pretty quickly, and now I have ov pains

Hi hun, a couple of girls I know conceived pretty quickly on Puregon. Both of them complained of sever ovary pains. I remember one of them found it painful to sit down!!! I really hope it works for you the first cycle!

I have been on Puregon for my IUI cycles but with buserilin (which shuts down my own hormones) rather than clomid so I dont know if the different mixes would make any difference. I never really noticed any symptoms with it to be honest other than towards the end of the injections when my tummy starts getting full and tight feeling which I guess is from the follicles.

So I was not imagining ov pains
I seem to have got ewcm from the day of the injections (CD6)
I don't know if it is because of the injections, or the fact that I have a cold and a cough and took Robitussin

Hi,

I'm the same as MarsMaiden.

For my first IUI cycle I was on Puregon with buserilin (suprecur)

I took a 150 dose for the first 3 days (day 3 to 5) then a 50 dose after that.

Can't say I really noticed any side effects apart from having a really bruised stomach and feeling slightly bloated.
