Anyone know how to block a number?

I have a BB Curve on Vodafone.

Does anyone know if I can actually block a number on the phone or do I have to call up Vodafone and get them to do it their end?

some companies will block numbers but others wont. 3 wouldn't block a number for me and my OH so we had to change our numbers. x

Is it an android phone ? you could download Mr Number or Cold Shoulder and block it that way.

Most networks won't block numbers now unfortunately.
Only thing you can do is ignore it or change your number

yeah ive never heard of a company blocking a specific number, I used to work for vodafone and know they definitely dont do it!

I'm pretty sure you can set something on the bb to send a certain number straight to voicemail, not blocked but at least it's less annoying!
