It came out when I went to the bathroom. I am very worried and trying to figure out what it might be. I had a slight feeling I was pregnant (been trying for a year) and then my period was 5 days late. When it came, on July 4, it was light and lasted two days. After that I just had a light brown discharge for 2 more days. Today no blood at all, but some cramping. When I went to the bathroom this strange thing came out??? Anyone have ANY idea what it might be? I have been googling for about 2 hours.

Here is a picture of the kidney bean looking thing. It is not hard nor very soft. I am worried to squeeze it hard. When I squeeze it gently my fingerprints stay on it.
