Anyone LTTTC 4 Years+ ? I'm losing patient!!

Me and DH were trying but not preventing for almost 4 years now, haven't gotten pregnant not one time, got both of ourselves checked out, both healthy no problems. Doctor diagnosed us Unexplained. The Doctor referred us to a specialist, We're going to have an IUI scheduled but I'm so scared of disappointments. I don't know what to do??

I haven't hit the 4 year mark but I'm close! I did fall pregnant once but have been reading soo many success stories with IUI that it seems to be the right choice for a lot of people!! I wish you the best of luck and it sounds like this could be a great next step or you!!

Hi and thank you for replying I've been feeling disappointed every time I see the BFN and I feel like ring thrown off the cliff. I'm trying so hard to be patients but the fast few months. I've been super emotional and stressed of the whole baby making and wished it was easy like other people, other women get pregnant out the blue and they wouldn't even try, and some who don't want children get pregnant, and those who do want children are the one to suffer.. Ughh I'm just venting but hopefully we go the IUI and works out. Thanks and I wish you the best luck to lost of sticky

Oh I know! It's a definite struggle to be happy for those who are close to us when they fall pregnant so easily!! One of my best friends just got married last month and I know she will be pregnant within the next month or so with no problem what so ever!! All I know is that we can only do so much (i.e. take vitamins, eat healthy, increase cm blah blah blah) and after that it is out of our hands! At least your doctor is setting you up with IUI and I have great vibes that it will work for you!!

I've been TTC for 10 years now. I've had 6 miscarriages but it's been 6 years since my last BFP. My doc has been wonderful, giving me free appointments and free IUIs. But, I have a feeling he's going to advise us to give up soon
All I can do is hope and pray and send out lots of baby dust to all.

12 years here - never a BFP, short cycles, chronic LP spotter, LPD, HSG, left tube now clear, right tube 'inconclusive' - diagnosis 'unexplained infertility' (erm... think the above might have something to do with it ) and have my lap and dye pre op assessment on Monday, then that will happen with in 3 months of that date, followed by 6 months (finally after a huge battle) of monitored clomid! Finally feel like i'm getting somewhere now and hopeful of a BFP sometime in the next year! FX! x

I'm right at about 10 years TTC with secondary infertility.

What tests have you had done? HSG? Have you done any rounds of clomid or femera yet?

Yes 4 years here, I don't even know how it got to be so long. A few m/c along the way and Dr.s who won't listen, but we are all hopeful - right?
