Hey! Im currently on CD4 and this is my first go at soy iso!! I started taking it on CD2, so today is day 3 of the tablets! No side effects yet except I seem to be sleeping a lot more heavily than I usually do!
Im not sure whether to up the dose for the next 2 days or not? Some sites seem to say yes, and some no! Why is everything TTC related so ambiguous and confusing???
Just wondering if there are any other soy ladies who fancy sharing their experiences and (hopefully) BFPs!
