They have stopped their early upgrade option, you will now be charged if you upgrade early!!

This was the main reason I took my contract out with them, they said I could upgrade in September and now I have to wait till the last day of November

i didnt think it ended till feb but apparently the 30th November.

When did they change that? I just got my mums contract a few days ago and the early option was on that and i ask when i could upgrade mine and he said 2 months before the end of the contract.

On a side not i now realise who you are on my facebook, im useless with names

Is this only for new contracts or does it change all existing ones aswell? My oh has one up in December and was hoping to upgrade sooner as he's lost that phone anyways and it's been replaced with a cheap one for th moment!

they changed it on may the 1st. my mum went in last week of april and they said she could do it, then on the 5th May they said no because the terms had changed, she has been with them for years so its on ALL contacts.
