Sorry i can't Spell lol,
im taking 500mg of seraquel a day, who should i tell my GP or nurse?
and when should i tell them?
i see my nurse every month (home visit) she came out 3 days ago so won't be back until january and to be honest i don't like her

With any regular medication make an appointment with GP as soon as you know your pregnant. It might be fine to keep on taking or there might be an alternative.

I phoned on the day I found out. Was told to stop. Now I wasn't on them long and had low dose. It was to help me through my mmc

I was told to stop seroquel. My doctor had me taper down. I was on 600 and I cut that in half for a few days and then half of 300 and so on until I was off completely. Oh, to answer your actual question, I'd just call my gp (or whoever prescribed).
