Anyone read 'How to win friends and influence people'?

I just wondered if anyone here thinks it's worth a read? A lot of the members of another forum I'm on always go on about it.

Your thoughts on the book?

I think I read it years ago but can barely remember it, so that doesn't say much! From memory the main points were "Smile more" "Ask questions", "Try to understand the other person's motivations" and "Look for win/win situations". Pretty basic personal development stuff. There was probably something in there about sending thank-you notes too, haha.
