Anyone taking agnus catus?

I've started taking agnus cactus to try to shorten / regulate my cycles after coming off bcp. Anyone else taking it and if so, what are your reasons?

I've ordered some as I have irregular cycles due to PCOS and i've heard good things about it helping in this area for other PCOS ladies. At the moment i'm averaging 34 day cycles but it varies a lot. Shortest since DD was 23 days (affected by stress and illness I think I think) longest 41.

Ive used it for short periods on two occasions. First after I was in a car accidentlast year . I had all my ribs broke....two punctured lungs...split kidney and 70 percent of my liver scrambled. My period stopped for months so I used it to kick start it. Second occasion I had a double bypass on My liver ( caused by accident ) ....ut kick started again then xx
