Anyone Tried Pu'er Tea?

Just wondering if anyones tried this as a help to weight-loss? Have read a few success stories but wondered if anyone on here has tried it as i value your thoughts, opinions and advice! xx

Never heard of it before, but Ive tried lots of teas to try help shift a few lbs, mostly I find they reduce water retention. Have you tried any detox teas?
