I've been counting my calories on it for a month and lost 7lbs
I've got a long way to go but I'm loving knowing exactly how much I should eat as I think that was my problem. I still eat all the foods I used to eat but in moderation.
It's interesting to see how many calories are in things too. My aim is to be a size 16 by Sept (I'm a 22 top & 26 bottom now )
