Anyone used a pelvic floor toner?

One of the elecrtic ones?

I had a 'lazy' pelvic floor before pregnancy according to my doc, and now its even worse so i cant do normal pelvic floor exercises.

Has anyone used one of the electric pelvic floor toners?! Are they anygood?

I havent, but what exercises have you been doing? Have you been doing the "pee" one, where you stop mid flow?

yea, and clenching during the day, and she told me to do lying on your back with bum raised and clench or something? but i couldnt feel anything while doing them so she checked and said it was really weak so to invest in one although she doesnt know if they work :S
